Add logging when extension provider can't connect

      Description

      When Lucee can't get data from an extension provider, there is no logging or message that tells you what the issue is. This makes it very hard to debug what's wrong with your provider. All that shows up in the admin is the word "error" and if you mouse over it just says "Was not able to retrieve data from ...".

      I checked the servlet log, web context logs, and server context logs and didn't find any information. Please log more information somewhere when this happens to help troubleshoot.
