      Description

      This ticket is actually two separate bugs, but I have a feeling they're very intertwined. The structFilter() function doesn't work on the arguments scope, but the error you get differs based on whether the arguments are being passed positionally or named.

      // Doesn't work
      // lucee.runtime.type.ArrayImpl cannot be cast to lucee.runtime.type.Struct
      function doSomething() {
          structFilter( arguments, function() {
              return true;
          } );
      }

      doSomething( 'foo', 'bar' );

      // Doesn't work
      // can't cast [foo] string to a number value
      function doSomething2( foo, bar ) {
          structFilter( arguments, function() {
              return true;
          } );
      }

      doSomething2( 'foo', 'bar' );
