      Description

      Here's the test case I used:

      Unable to find source-code formatter for language: coldfusion. Available languages are: actionscript, ada, applescript, bash, c, c#, c++, cpp, css, erlang, go, groovy, haskell, html, java, javascript, js, json, lua, none, nyan, objc, perl, php, python, r, rainbow, ruby, scala, sh, sql, swift, visualbasic, xml, yaml
      <cfprocessingdirective pageencoding="utf-8">
      <cfoutput>
      #replaceNoCase("LİELİELİELİE....","E","a very long string to replace E","all")#
      </cfoutput>

      Note the Turkish dotted-I in that string.
      Here's what Railo produces:
      LİEa very long string to replace EİELa very long string to replace EELİa very long string to replace E...a very long string to replace E
      Here's what it should produce (and what ColdFusion correctly produces):
      Lİa very long string to replace ELİa very long string to replace ELİa very long string to replace ELİa very long string to replace E....
