      Description

      In the Lucee Web Admin's "Regional" settings page, if you change the Time Zone setting, then it will update the default Java time zone of ALL contexts on the server.

      To test this, run the below code on a 2nd context before and after you update the time zone on the first context.

      displayTimezone.cfm
      tz = createObject("java", "java.util.TimeZone");
      writeDump(tz.getDefault());

      This seems to be causing many time-related issues for our clients. Is this how the Regional time zone settings in Lucee are supposed to work? It appears that each context is able to set their own Regional settings, which includes the time zone, so why would it update the default Java timezone server wide?
