Lucee does not forget templates deleted

Description

in case a template is executed lucee creates a java class and this class is loaded into the JVM. This class stays in memory until Lucee restarts. Even the template the class is based on is deleted.
This can fill up the memoyr when a lot of temporary templates are used like in coldbox AOP.
