Here is an excerpt from the Adobe docs on how cfdocumentitem is supposed to behave
Without cfdocumentsection The cfdocumentitem attribute applies to the entire document, as follows:
If the tag is at the top of the document, it applies to the entire document.
If the tag is in the middle of the document, it applies to the rest of the document.
If the tag is at the end of the document, it has no affect.
However, in Lucee if I declare a page footer, output some content, and then declare a new page footer, ONLY the last page footer is obeyed and the previous page footers are ignored. This doesn't match Adobe and is also really annoying. I can't use document sections due to bug with page numbers, and this bug also means it's impossible for me to get rid of the header and footer on my title page to the PDF.
