On the 'Services - Update' page of the 'server' administrator, with 'releases' selected, 18.104.22.168 does not appear in the 'select the version' drop-down, even though 22.214.171.124 was the original installed release, as indicated in the page footer:
You cannot downgrade below 126.96.36.199 because your lucee.jar has bundled this version. To go below this version you need to replace your lucee.jar with an older version.
CentOS 7, Java 11
…/tomcat/lucee-server/patches contains two files on this instance:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9744630 Sep 10 16:36 188.8.131.52.lco
-rw-r----- 1 root root 10094335 Aug 9 15:40 184.108.40.206.lco
Could you please check with the latest version of lucee. Because the issue has been fixed in 220.127.116.11.
this didn’t work for me with 18.104.22.168. It’s possible that the cause has to do with the way I reverted from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199, so here’s the full history:
Clean install of Lucee 188.8.131.52
Use services UI to upgrade to 184.108.40.206
unable to revert to 220.127.116.11 (18.104.22.168 not in drop-down)
manually delete 22.214.171.124.lco from patches folder, restart
(all appears well as 126.96.36.199)
upgrade to 188.8.131.52-SNAPSHOT
unable to revert to 184.108.40.206 - only 220.127.116.11 is listed
My guess here is that the original installed release is a special case that’s not being handled correctly.
, I've checked once again and the issue fixed in version 18.104.22.168-SNAPSHOT. I think your base version is 22.214.171.124 means the issue was not fixed on that version. The base version of you is 126.96.36.199-SNAPSHOT and above means only the issue was fixed.
, Did you check as per above my comment?. If NO, please check and report here back. It'll improve the status of the ticket.
