Lucee Mail logs always empty despite emails being spooled successfully from AWS SES service that has been set up and verified as smtp service in Admin.
Using AWS SES notifications services, the emails are definitely being spooled but Lucee does not record any transaction. We can tell this as we have setup a topic/subscription in AWS to temporarily get all emails spooled diverted to a mailbox so that we can respond to client queries about emails. However this is not ideal due to the amount of emails this generates and would be far more convenient to monitor email activity within Lucee. All we require is to check if an email has successfully been sent akin to the functionality offered with the ColdFusion Admin.
Having changed the level to INFO in both admin and web as advised on Slack has had no impact. The logs are still empty.
Please investigate as we heavily rely on this for our client inquiries.
