Error at ORM Page in Admin Panel

Description

The admin panel returns the error below says "key [DBCREATE] doesn't exist" when you need to update the ORM changes. This issue doesn't block any process since the settings can be changed at Application.cfc

I've checked this ticket and confirmed the issue happened on lucee latest version 5.3.6.53-SNAPSHOT also. And also added a fix for this ticket.
