cfzip does not extract to s3 bucket

Description

When unzipping a .zip file that is located in an s3 bucket, and contains a single folder with nested folders and files, to a different s3 bucket, the destination bucket is created but is empty. No errors are thrown.

The workaround for the source zip file to exist on a local, physical drive, which can then be unzipped to an s3 destination.

Attached is a zip file that I was using for testing.

I've checked this ticket with S3. Yes, confirmed the issue happened on lucee 5.3.8.132-SNAPSHOT too. We can upload a zip file to S3 and couldn't able to unzip a file from S3 to S3 and S3 to local and also we can unzip file from local to S3.
