listAppend/prepend argument includeEmptyFields doesn't works with empty list

Description

Using an empty list in ListAppend/prepend and setting the argument includeEmptyFields to false doesn't remove the empty elements from the given input value and the result list contains empty elements. Seems it works fine in ACF.

checked this ticket with lucee latest version 6.0.0.388-SNAPSHOT. Now using empty list in ListAppend & listPrepend and setting includeEmptyFields argument to false, it removed empty elements and issue solved
