5.4.7 LTS Release, Tomcat 9.0.102 and Java 11.0.26-4

Description

This LTS Release is only a minor update, repackaging the 5.4.6.9 stable release

  • updates installers and docker to latest tomcat 9 and java 11

  • updates the bundled cacerts file, for SSL / TLS

As per the Lucee Roadmap, 5.4 is in LTS mode and will be EOL December 31st 2025
