Syntax Error, invalid Expression when evaluating function which takes no arguments

Description

doing some random automated testing on functions with no arguments

quite a few functions throw an error

I've checked this ticket and confirmed the issue happened on lucee latest version 5.4.6.30 SNAPSHOT also.
will confirm about this issue.

I added some debug, seems it's a classic off by one error, due to the [;] being unprocessed?
