I've checked this issue with the latest lucee versions 6.0.0.425-SNAPSHOT and 5.4.0.68-SNAPSHOT. Now, entityLoadByPK supports unique arguments and works properly with named arguments. It didn't throw an error. The issue was solved.

unique isn’t implemented either, even tho says Lucee 4.5+, ACF doesn’t have it either
dunno if it even makes sense, it returns cfc
