While fixing https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-5155 would add some overhead, adding a new BIF sessionExists() would make sense

I have tested this ticket with Lucee version 6.2.1.25-SNAPSHOT. When I checked whether the session exists on the current page using the SessionExists() function, it returned true if the session exists in the current template, and false otherwise. It works fine.
