Hi,
I upgraded from 5.1.1.0 to 5.1.1.1 version and now I get off the following warning:

, I have investigated this ticket with Lucee version 6.2.0.164-RC. When I tried downgrading/upgrading to versions 6.2 and 6.1, no error message appeared. It seems the issue has been fixed in the latest version, so I am going to close this ticket

I had the same issue and think that it happens after downgrading or upgrading.
imo you can not rely on Lucee restarting after that process, you should always restart manually.
This fixed my problem

Seems if you stop both lucee and apache, start them up again, All fixed. Restart lucee does not work, error still exists
