CFLDAP: writing a user's thumbnailPhoto via action="modify" not possible because of binary encoding issue

Description

Writing the user's thumbnail images via CFLDAP into an Active Directory is currently not possible since binary data is not transferred correctly, see also this thread:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33143577/how-to-change-the-user-image-using-cfldap/33144182

In an intranet environment with user generated content this is an important feature to allow users to have the same portrait images in their Lucee-based intranet and apps like Outlook etc. who use the user thumbnails stored in the Active Directory.
