hidden CFX C++ admin page still references bitbucket instead of jira

Description

this hidden option is enabled by an extra url flag as per
https://groups.google.com/d/msg/railo/ivmXXvqbvZI/E1pHg1Qcyo4J

i.e. http://localhost:8888/railo-context/admin/web.cfm?action=resources.cfx_tags&enable=cfxcpp

but the hardwired link to the bug tracker still points to the old bitbucket url, shouldn't this
link come from a resource file?

I've removed all c++ stuff in lucee 5.2. Please check that.
