Exceptions triggered by REST calls are not logged

Description

It seems, that the fix of only logs 4xx error but no 5xx errors.
So, when I try to investigate on errros that occur when a REST call is processed, I'm not able to find any log entries.
Test Cases are documented at the original issue.

if I cfthrow in a rest function with 5.3.10.142, I’m seeing log entries in exception.log and rest..log

I've analyzed this ticket & confirmed the issue happened on latest version of lucee also. REST calls were not logged for 500 status error. It doing logs for only 4xx logs.
