New operator support using name-spaces for java, com and cfc

Description

In ACF2018, support for new operator/syntax for com, component, CORBA, Java,. Net, webservice.

In ACF2018 docs, says it should support for two syntax another one is given below

As of now it throwing error "ColdFusion was looking at the following text :"
But It working fine with first syntax.
