deserializeJSON() member function missing from strings in Lucee 5

Description

This used to work in Lucee 4 but doesn't work in Lucee 5.

foo = "{}" foo.deserializeJSON()

I've added test case for this ticket & confirmed the issue happened on lucee5. I added the Fix too.
