CFPOP can't handle 16bit encoding of messages

Description

When trying to read a mail message with 16bit encoding (7bit is default), CFPOP justs
delivers an error:
"Can't read body of this message:Unknown encoding: 16bit"

How do you generate that email message? from a mail client? if so, which?
