ImageInfo and ImageRead performs way slower than ACF

ACF is running is 0-1ms on trycf
Lucee 53.3.62 on TryCF is 80ms
Lucee 5.3.5.13 running locally is roughly 400ms??

I was originally seeing this reading a local png file, the gist is adapted to work with ACF and trycf

checking the code, ImageInfo isn’t just reading the metadata, it’s reading in a buffered image, so that needs more memory and is slower

I've checked this ticket & confirmed the issue happened on lucee latest version 5.3.5.14 also. ACF is running around 0-1 MS. But, lucee has taken above 300ms for running.
