shutdown taking 1m

Description

seeing lots of these, since 5.3.5.79 it takes 1m or so to shutdown

happens with 5.3.5.81 but it wasn't available in the version list

just tried 5.3.8.115, problem resolved for me!

I was not able to reproduce the issue in my environment, i have created multiple Tasks and they all got ended. I have added an additional stop check pointed out.

can you still reproduce the issue?
