log execution time for each implicit variable lookup

At the moment you can only see how often a scope lookup occurred, but there's no way to know how expensive it was, i.e how much slower the request was due to each lookup.

Given with this extra information, developers can immediately identify which scope problems are causing the biggest performance problems and address them first
