can't delete a rest mapping

Description

open http://127.0.0.1:8888/lucee/admin/web.cfm?action=resources.rest

add a mapping
select the mapping, click delete

the rest mapping isn't delete, instead, the create a new mapping form is validated and marked red

I've checked this ticket and confirmed the issue happened on lucee latest version 5.3.6.44-SNAPSHOT. And also added a fix for this ticket.
