add custom userAgent to cfschedule

Description

Just discovered that the default configuration of cloudflare is to block the user agent CFSCHEDULE
via their firewall as Browser integrity check

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170086-Understanding-the-Cloudflare-Browser-Integrity-Check

It should be possible to specify a custom UA for CFSCHEDULE either via the web admin (with some sort of an override option for existing tasks), or via the tag

I've checked this ticket in the lucee latest build 6.0.0.187-SNAPSHOT. cfschedule userAgent attribute works fine. creating the schedule task with userAgent, create/update value to the config file. and updating the scheduled task removes the userAgent key from the config file if the userAgent value is not provided.

no , I faced another issue updating a scheduled task that didn't remove the username & password keys from the cfconfig.json file. I created a separate ticket for the issue
