cfdump writes out an unordered struct in a different order to cfml

Description

If you dump out a (unordered) struct, it often comes out in a different order than if
you loop over it with cfml.

This is somewhat misleading, cfdump should be as close to cfml as possible

I've checked this ticket with Lucee latest version 5.3.8.61-SNAPSHOT. And yes dump out struct is different with a loop over in CFML. But ACF also does the same. So, will confirm about this issue.
