lucee admin is too animated for RDP sessions

Description

On a locked down server, the admin is often accessed over RDP, but the all animations can cause connection drop outs

  • the overview graphs tick so fast, they often make RDP sessions hang

  • the please wait transition with the full screen fade sometimes makes RDP sessions drop

solutions?

  • make the update frequency was lower on the ticks for the graphs

  • only update every 5s, still poll as now, but only update on a slower pace, it gets better after the graphs get full

  • add the option to disable graphs, or auto stop after 5s?

  • remove background the full screen opaque fade, from the please wait

  • stopping the graphs updating when please wait is shown
