Admin mailserver update doesn't work properly

Description

I've created a mail setting on the server admin. If I update it means, it doesn't update and it creates another new connection. Seemed, same behavior on web admin also.

I checked this ticket with the latest build and this issue was fixed. So I marked this ticket as deployed.
