I've checked this ticket and confirmed the issue happened on lucee latest version 5.3.8.138-SNAPSHOT also. While using arrayAppend with both positional and named argument throws an error without error occurred file and line number in stacktrace.

Seems below one throws a error properly as invalid argument for function arrayappend, you can not mix named and unnamed arguments
