I've checked this ticket with the lucee latest build 6.0.0.151-SNAPSHOT and now directoryInfo() works fine.

Due to the missing of directoryInfo.java file using directoryInfo(path) throws NPE in lucee 6 . cfdirectory action="info" works fine.

The DirectoryInfo.java file was removed from core in a recent commit

https://github.com/lucee/Lucee/commit/81b62d6ca57f21b91c913863cfee3c1b509eb383
So I added that file and added a mode key in directory info for Linux. Also improved the testcase with mode tests.
