update provider isn't seeing the latest windows installer

Description

The windows installer is uploaded, but not showing up?

I fixed the pattern matching

it's works locally after that fix

but the provider isn't listing it for some reason?

It only works coz I added in the -pl0- to the filename, re-opening

Download site now shows the windows installer.exe. Problem solved.
