lucee 6 admin - Deleting Extension Providers doesn't work

Description

In lucee 6 admin - extension providers page, Adding new extension providers works fine. But trying to delete the extension provider doesn't work and also no error in admin.

Now the issue was solved in the fixed version, deleting the extension provider in admin works fine.
