Using multi-transaction with ORM and queryExecute throws error in Hibernate -3.5.5.80-SNAPSHOT

Description

Having two or more transactions, if the transaction has an ORM stuff means after that using queryExecute or cfquery in the transaction it throws error like Transaction not successfully started. Also, this one works fine with hibernate 3.5.5.77 & 5.4.29.7-BETA

It works fine in the lucee latest versions

I've updated a testcase of LDEV-3860 to check this issue too.
