admin and download page needs to understand a 5th version number element

Description

when we patch an extension with versioning based on an upstream library, the version number gets a 5th number

i.e. the ESAPI lib has currently

2.2.3.1-1-SNAPSHOT (Feb 21, 2022)
2.2.3.1-2-SNAPSHOT (Feb 21, 2022)
2.2.3.1-3-SNAPSHOT (Feb 23, 2022)
2.2.0.0-SNAPSHOT (Apr 10, 2020)

I've added a solution to show the extension version order correctly on the download page.

Also, I created a PR with recent changes done on the download page
