update testbox to 6.0.1 for Lucee 6.2

need to manually add the globber module, as the file was stripped out (rather than making the build depend on commandbox)

still working thru a few edge cases with test cases

so the example test doesn’t repro with TextBox (yet) but that’s running with Lucee 5.3

here’s the output from 6.0
