add a random sort order for tests, -DtestRandomSort="true|false|randomizeSeed"

Description

as tests for 6.0 by default always run sorted textnocase

add a random sort option to expose any interdependencies / bugs

when -DtestRandomSort="true" the build will pick and report the randomize seed number used, so the randomized test can then be repeated

so this run could be then be repeated using -DtestRandomSort="5512"

this should be extended to use a fixed seed, so problems can be reproduced
