I think I had that in mind as optionally case sensitive

Can you explain this ticket? I would expect the case sensitivity to be controlled by the servlet context’s resource manager. For example, CommandBox’s resource manger mirrors the host file system, but has flags to force case sensitivity or case insensitivity. If I were on Windows, I wouldn’t expect case insensitivity here, especially since CFML is not a case-sensitive language and the URL path to a cfm file has never been case sensitive. /DoEs/NoT/MaTtEr.CfM
