memcached broken due to log4j with 5.4

I've checked this issue with lucee version 5.4.0.65-RC and Memcached extension version 4.0.0.9-SNAPSHOT. Now memcached extension doesn't broken and issue is resolved.

the issue was with the memcached extension itself, can you please give this new version a try. PLease also link this new version in testscases for Lucee 5 and 6.

updated the memcached extension, so it no longer loads log4j.

Lucee 5.4 aggressively removes that bundle for security reasons
