sessionCookie settings missing from getApplicationMetadata

Description

getApplicationMetadata should return the current sessionCookie settings (ref: https://docs.lucee.org/reference/tags/application.html#attribute-sessioncookie ).

NB: it does so on CF, so am tagging this with the acf-compat label too.

I've checked this ticket with lucee version 6.0.0.471-SNAPSHOT .Now getApplicationMetadata() returns the sessionCookie settings.

I added a fix to add a sessionCookie settings in GetApplicationSettings()
