Lucee server config: errors in logs when server xml missing "update" element

I checked this issue with lucee versions 5.4.2.8-SNAPSHOT and 6.0.0.512-SNAPSHOT. When removing the update element in lucee server.xml and running the server. Now it doesn't throw an error in a log file and the issue was solved.
