only show admin updates notifications for the same major version

Description

i.e. if you are on a 5.x snapshot, only show updates for 5.x snapshots. not 6

I checked this issue with lucee fixed version 6.0.0.520-SNAPSHOT and 5.4.2.18-SNAPSHOT. Now it successfully shows the same major update version in admin updates notifications and service update page.

just removed the RC update checker, once u tried a RC you never saw updates and fixed the latest stable notification

previously RCs got no update notifications

I checked this issue with lucee fixed versions 5.4.2.12-SNAPSHOT and 5.3.11.1-SNAPSHOT. Now the service update page and admin updates notifications shows the same major version successfully.
