S3GeneratePresignedURL() function doesn't support the SSE Algorithm

Description

The SSE algorithm argument values AES256 and KMS are not supported in the S3GeneratePresignedURL() function. It throws an error.
The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.

I checked this ticket and it is still a issue with Lucee version 6.1.0.155-SNAPSHOT.
