Expected : ALL version should be available to upgrade / downgrade
Actual : The UPDATE menu option only shows v6 options.

what does this PR do, beyond removing an unused variable, as it seems minVs isn’t even used anymore?

also made a change to remove the loader version restriction for downgrade at some point recently?
