Switching between Server Admin and Web Admin "Services-AI" causes error

Description

When I tried to switch from the Services-AI Server admin page to the Web admin page, an error occurred: Action [getaiconnections] is not available for Web Admin (Server Admin only)

I've checked this ticket with Lucee fixed version 6.2.0.93-SNAPSHOT, and the issue has now been resolved in both single and multi modes.

i merged the fix, please test again with the changes, specially when running Lucee in single mode.
