No changelog in admin update page, also download.lucee.org/changelog doesn't work

The Services / Update page doesn’t show a changelog

https://download.lucee.org/changelog/ displays only “Sorry, Server error“

we are aware of this issue, we did move the download page to docker and along the way this functionality got lost.

, I checked this issue, and it still results in an error when I click the changelog option on the services.update admin page. It throws a server error because the changelog URL does not exist: https://download.lucee.org/changelog/.
