improve feedback when parsing invalid javasettings json string

Description

not sure if it's possible to improve the feedback on the context of this exception whilst parsing the java settings json?

there's a missing comma on lines 12-13

 

background, javasettings are only used on demand, so the error isn’t triggered when the cfc is compiled, the json string is parsed, extracted from the source, so the exception is relative to the extracted json, not the source file
