Error on debugging Template

Description

When I created the debug templates on a fresh server with the Debugging Template option enabled,
after switching from Single Mode to Multi Mode and running the .cfm file, the debug templates showed the issue: 'invalid component definition, can't find component [lucee.admin.debug.Simple]'.
After restarting Lucee, still the issue was occurred. It only disappeared after deleting the debug template

This regression started with Lucee version 6.2.0.153-SNAPSHOT

, I tested this ticket with Lucee version 6.2.0.218-SNAPSHOT. I created the debugging templates in single mode. When I tried to run the CFM page after switching to multi mode, the same issue occurred. The issue was fixed only after submitting the debugging templates in the server admin as well.
