createObject("java", "...", [paths] ) slower under java 21 than java 11

Description

Ive linked but that’s interacting with a java object which was already created

I found this via lucee-testlab with preside-cms

to much is going on in this ticket, not really sure if we still have the initial issue reported here.
for once the issue with creating virtual threads is resolved

java 21 performance is better since which is still a work in progress, it should still be even better tho.

Java 23 still has work to be done, the linked above task performs terribly
